The honesty and exploration necessary for counseling to be effective can be intimidating and scary. Thank you for having the courage to learn more. Most questions about me, my practice and ways I can help will be answered in the pages of this website. I hope I have the opportunity to get to know you better as well.

My goals for every client are that they feel heard and understood, gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their situation and are able to leave the counseling office feeling more equipped to face life's challenges. An objective, non-judgmental perspective from a caring professional can be helpful in providing insight and alternative ideas. I pull from experience with a variety of mental health issues and would welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you on your goals. I am currently available to work with children, adolescents and adults and look forward to hopefully meeting you!
